Delete Account — Datesiny

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Datesiny account and all associated personal data using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Datesiny app
Go to your Profile tab
Tap Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@datesiny.com from the email address associated with your Apple ID. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your profile information (name, bio, photos)
Your challenge responses and Aura scores
Your matches and conversations
Your preferences and settings
Your device tokens and notification settings

Timeline

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account is immediately deactivated and hidden from other users.

What We May Retain

We may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Transaction records (for tax/accounting compliance)
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data
Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Reactivation

Account deletion is permanent. If you wish to use Datesiny again, you will need to create a new account.
