Community Guidelines

Datesiny is built for people looking for real, meaningful connections. These guidelines exist to keep our community safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.

Be Authentic

  • Use real photos. All photos must be of you. No stock photos, celebrities, or heavily misleading images.
  • Be honest. Your profile and challenge responses should genuinely represent who you are.
  • One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts.

Be Respectful

  • Treat everyone with dignity. Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind is not tolerated.
  • Respect boundaries. If someone isn't interested, respect their decision and move on.
  • No hate speech. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Keep It Safe

  • No threats or violence. Any threat of harm, real or implied, will result in immediate removal.
  • No explicit content. Nudity, sexually explicit images, or graphic content is not allowed in profiles or messages.
  • No minors. You must be 18 or older. Do not post photos of minors.
  • No illegal activity. Do not use Datesiny to promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity.

Protect Privacy

  • Keep conversations private. Do not share screenshots of conversations without consent.
  • Don't share personal information of others. Respect other users' privacy.

No Spam or Scams

  • No commercial solicitation. Datesiny is for dating, not advertising.
  • No scams or fraud. Attempting to deceive or defraud other users will result in permanent removal.
  • No bots or automated accounts.

Reporting

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately through the app (tap the report button on any profile or conversation) or email safety@datesiny.com.

All reports are reviewed by our team. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

We reserve the right to take action on any account that we believe threatens the safety or integrity of our community.
